Yoga is a return to Freedom
In this 8 minute talk Jennifer describes freedom as our natural state of being and how yoga sheds the layers of limitation that keep us from feeling our freedom live as we choose. She talks of the eight limbs and how each limb is designed to support our return to freedom. As we free ourselves from the drama of unethical behavior we are free to focus on what we want. As we free ourselves from weakness and pain in the body we are more free to create effectively. When we free ourselves of negative thinking we are are free to be inspired with new ideas. As we free ourselves from the spin of the outer world through meditation, we are free to tap into the energy that all new creation rises from. And as our mind clear and sharpen we can focus that energy very specifically. And finally as we free ourselves from attachment to the details of outcome we open to receive the manifestation in a way that serves our highest and makes an offering to those around us. Its all about freedom. Yoga is freedom time. It’s freedom time y’all. Freedom.
